Yes. Each cook's documents are checked and background verification is completed before placement. Hygiene practices and comfort with your kitchen setup, such as gas, induction or a chimney, are things you can discuss during the interview.
How long does it take to find a cook?
Timelines depend on how specific your cuisine, diet and timing needs are, and on cook availability in your area. Common requirements such as everyday North Indian cooking in a standard morning or evening slot are usually matched faster than niche cuisines or unusual hours. Shortlisting, a trial and confirmation happen in that order.
What if the cook leaves or the food does not suit us?
A replacement policy is in place for cook placements. If the cook leaves or the cooking style does not work for your family, you can raise a replacement request and a new profile is matched to your preferences. The policy terms are explained at booking.
What leave arrangements are common for cooks?
Cooks usually take a weekly off or an agreed number of leaves per month, with festival days discussed in advance. Since meals are time-sensitive, many households agree that the cook informs them ahead of any planned leave. It is worth deciding early how you will manage meals on the cook's off days.
Do you cover Kasna and Dadri?
Yes. Kasna and Dadri are listed as localities in the Greater Noida Central zone. They sit on the outer side of the city, so helper availability there depends on who is registered nearby at the time.
