What does a home cook do?
A home cook prepares breakfast, lunch and/or dinner as agreed, veg or non-veg according to your household's preference. The role includes kitchen prep such as chopping, kneading and marination, and cleaning up the kitchen after cooking. Tiffin or dabba preparation can be included if you agree it in advance.
What is not part of a cook's job?
House cleaning beyond the kitchen is not included; a maid is hired for that. Grocery shopping is excluded unless you explicitly agree it, and catering for large events is outside the scope. Childcare and elder-care duties are also not part of a cook's role.

Is there a trial before confirming a cook?
A trial cooking session is normally arranged so you can taste the food and see how the cook works in your kitchen. You can also interview the cook about the dishes they are comfortable with and their timings. The arrangement is confirmed after the trial if both sides are happy.
Are cooks verified?
Yes. Each cook's documents are checked and background verification is completed before placement. Hygiene practices and comfort with your kitchen setup, such as gas, induction or a chimney, are things you can discuss during the interview.
How do I book a helper?
You can reach out on WhatsApp, call the helpline, or book through the app. Share the service you need, your locality, preferred timings and any specific requirements such as language or cuisine. Matching profiles are then shortlisted and interviews or a trial are arranged with you.
Are the helpers verified?
Yes. Every helper's documents are checked and background verification is completed before they are placed with a household. Helper details are kept on record, and you can ask about a profile's verification status before the interview.
