A domestic helper combines general housekeeping in one role: sweeping, mopping and dusting, utensils and kitchen cleanup, laundry and ironing, and organising and tidying rooms. Light errands within your society, such as collecting deliveries, can be included if agreed. The task list is settled with you before the helper starts.
What is not included in domestic help?
Full meal cooking is not included; a cook is hired for that. Primary childcare or elder care, driving, outdoor errands beyond the society, and deep-cleaning projects are also outside the scope. If you need any of these, mention it during the requirement call so the right service is suggested.

What hours does a domestic helper work?
Part-time domestic help usually runs two to four hours a day in a fixed slot, while full-time help covers roughly 8 to 12 hours a day, typically six days a week. The slot and days are agreed upfront and changed only with notice on both sides.
Are domestic helpers verified?
Yes. Helpers are placed only after document checks and background verification are completed, and their details are kept on record. This record is also useful if your society or building requires a registered profile for helper entry.
Can I interview or trial a domestic helper first?
Yes. You can speak to shortlisted helpers about tasks, timings and language, and a trial visit or short trial period is normally arranged before the placement is confirmed. This lets both you and the helper check that the workload and slot are realistic.
What if the helper leaves or does not work out?
A replacement policy is in place across all services. If a helper leaves, is irregular, or the fit is not right, you can raise a replacement request and a new profile is matched to your original requirements. The specific terms are shared with you at the time of booking.
