Full-time and live-in placements usually take a little longer than part-time ones because the fit matters more when someone spends the whole day in your home. After you share your requirements, profiles are shortlisted and interviews are arranged; the timeline depends on how specific your needs are and on helper availability in your area. Flexible timings and clear duties generally speed things up.
Can I interview or trial a full-time maid before confirming?
Yes. Shortlisted helpers can be interviewed by phone, video or in person so you can discuss duties, timings and language before deciding. A short trial period is normally agreed so that both the household and the helper can confirm the arrangement works day to day before it is finalised.
Are full-time maids verified?
Every helper goes through document checks and background verification before being placed. Identity documents are collected and checked, and the helper's details are kept on record. You can ask to see the verification status of a profile before the interview.
What happens if the maid leaves or does not work out?
A replacement policy is in place for full-time placements. If the helper leaves, stops coming, or the fit is not right, you can raise a replacement request and a new profile is matched based on your original requirements. The specific terms are shared with you at the time of booking.
